BACKGROUND

Principal Engineer - Advanced Engineering Methods
Perform statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, component analysis using Finite Element Analysis in both solids and fluids.
Engineering Manager - Evaluation
Direct model shop and product testing laboratories consisting of two engineers, two supervisory personnel and twenty-three technicians. Product testing included running all design validation testing, comparative performance testing of competitive product, and QC testing.
Engineering Manager - Product Design
Direct six engineers with responsibility for design and development of all liquid filter product. The design phases included both total product design and component design, including filter medium and performance specification.
Product Engineer
Perform all aspects of product design including design and product testing. Technical presentations to customers and other departments.
Mechanical Engineer
Design new production and processing equipment; design and trouble shoot manufacturing, process, and quality areas; perform new product design.
Quality Control Engineer
Responsible for design, evaluation, implementation of quality systems and procedures; trouble shooting of problem areas in manufacturing, process, and quality functions.
Draftsman
Responsible for layout drawings of new designs of production equipment, detail drawings of the components, parts lists, and bills of material.
Apprentice Machinist
Operate all equipment in machine shop, such as lathes, millers, grinders, planers, and shapers. Work from detail prints to make components for new production equipment and assemble components into final assemblies.
